As long as I can remember I’ve had a crayon, pencil, or paint brush in my hand. I drew anything and everything from characters to family and still life to school projects. After I started a family of my own and began raising two children, I quit with my artistic endeavors. After years without art in my life, I’m getting back to my roots and loving every minute of it. Creating cute children’s illustrations, furry animal portraits, and inspiring designs are what I absolutely love to do!
I have my AAS in Interior Design, so I’m no stranger to color theory, layouts, and creativity. I’m inspired by this beautiful world around us all and by nature, fairytales, and childhood. With my illustrations, I want to create a world of joy, happiness, and innocence. I like to capture small moments that remind us of a happy moment in time.
When I’m not drawing digitally, I love to get out my colored pencils, watercolors, and the ‘ole sketchbook. That scratchy feel of paper and pencil is so satisfying and nostalgic for me.
